New music concert series headed to Asante area in Surprise

The city of Surprise announced a new series of music concerts in the northern part of the city.

Live at Asante, a casual performance series offering live music, engaging art activities and delicious food trucks, is coming Nov. 7.

Live at Asante will take place on select Thursday nights from 6 to 8 p.m. at Asante Library, 16755 W. Vereda Solana Drive, featuring a variety of local artists.

Bring lawn chairs, blankets and friends for an evening under the stars.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Nov. 7: Paige June and Kenyon France (rock)
  • Feb. 6: The Black Hole and Zach Johnson (indie blues)
  • April 3: High Horse and Eden Cislo (country pop)

While an RSVP is not required, it is highly recommended to receive event updates and to allow our Arts, Culture and Library Department and partners to plan for activities.
