Prasada welcomes another restaurant in Surprise

Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers cuts ribbon for opening

The parade of restaurant openings at Prasada continued Aug. 13 with the ribbon cutting of Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers.

The newest location at 13400 N. Prasada Parkway is the the 17th location for this desired restaurant chain, which opened first in Scottsdale in 2011.

Surprise General Manager Alysha Zachary and Marketing Manager for Square One Concepts Jenna Dietz participated in the ceremony alongside Surprise Mayor Skip Hall and City Councilmember Aly Cline.

Zachary, Hall and Dietz also spoke to the crowd who came out for the festivities. Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers serves fresh-never frozen, hand-formed, half-pound burgers from scratch.

It also boasts a selection of more than 150 beers.

The restaurant opens daily at 11 a.m. and closes most nights at 10 p.m., except 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
