Irrigation repair rebate open to some Surprise households

Posted

A qualifying Surprise household could be eligible for up to $750 of approved indoor plumbing or outdoor irrigation repair services under a city of Surprise rebate program.

The city is helping families with qualifying incomes correct high-water-use plumbing issues such as dripping faucets, running toilets, irrigation leaks and unexplained high-water bills.

Eligible applicants must be able to provide documentation showing they meet the qualifying income guidelines of 60% of area median income.

Plumbing Support Grant funding is limited and will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Permission to verify high water use with your water provider is required.
