R.H. Johnson Social Hall open for voting Nov. 4 and 5

The Recreation Centers of Sun City West  R.H. Johnson Social Hall, 19803 R.H. Johnson Blvd.  will be a designated polling place for the General Election, on Nov. 4 and 5 only. Voters can drop their ballot at the site or vote in person 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4 and 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5.

The Recreation Centers of Sun City West is providing the space to Maricopa County as a community service, but is not involved in the election. Election officials will be onsite to handle all voting matters.
The Social Hall is private property and is designated as a non-electioneering location, meaning no

campaigning, demonstrations or other political activity can occur on the RCSCW property, even outside the 75-foot limit.

The closest public property would be the sidewalk on the south side of the property, at R.H. Johnson Boulevard.
Electioneering on RCSCW property during the November election is not allowed. The closest public space for anyone wishing to do campaigning or demonstrations of any type, are the sidewalks along R.H. Johnson and Meeker Boulevards. Any activities on these sidewalks must not interfere with pedestrian or motor traffic.
