The Organizations of Homeowners Association staff is offering an HOA Board Leadership 101 class for residents on an HOA board or those thinking about running for the board to understand what it takes.
The class is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the R.H. Johnson Lecture Hall, 19803 R.H. Johnson Blvd., and is designed to help residents understand the basics of leading a legally compliant Arizona HOA board. The cost is $10 and is a preview of the 2025 HOA Board Leadership and Advanced Leadership Academies which will be offered in January and February. Every class will help residents become more informed and a knowledgeable board member.
