Shirley Staggs, honorary regent of the Agua Fria chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, with the assistance of Halle Orme Thomas Children of the American Revolution Society President Elizabeth Minton, presented Vietnam War era 50th anniversary commemorative pins packets to four veterans at the May monthly meeting of the National Society Sons of the American Revolution Saguaro Chapter in Sun City West.
Minton was attending the meeting to receive the annual Allen Nash monetary award from the NSSAR Saguaro chapter. This award will help Minton’s Hallie Orme Thomas Society to achieve their project goal.
