Monday is voter registration deadline

Where and when to vote in Queen Creek

Monday is the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 5 elections.

Residents can register to vote online by 11:59 p.m. at https://www.arizona.vote/. To verify registration information visit BeBallotReady.Vote.

Mail-in ballots will start going out to those on the Active Early Voting List on Wednesday and they can be dropped off at secure boxes and polling locations through Election Day.

Other important dates to remember:

Oct. 25 — deadline to request a ballot-by-mail

Nov. 1 — deadline to vote early in-person is 7 p.m.

Queen Creek residents can vote early starting Friday, Oct. 25 at Communiversity, 21740 S. Ellsworth Road.

Polls at Communiversity will be open:

  • 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Oct. 25, 26, Nov. 2, 4
  • 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Oct. 28-Nov. 1

Early voting will also take place 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday, Nov. 4 at:

  • Newell Barney College Prep, 24937 S. Sossaman Road
  • Queen Creek Unified School District Office, 20217 E. Chandler Heights Road

All three locations, as well as the Queen Creek Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road, will be open 6 a.m.-7 p.m., Nov. 5.

Maricopa County will have two 24-hour drop boxes open from Oct. 9 to Nov. 4 at:

  • Maricopa County Elections MCTEC, 510 S. Third Ave., Phoenix
  • Maricopa County Recorder/Election Mesa Office, 222 E. Javelina Ave., Suite A, Mesa

The boxes will be open from midnight to 7 p.m., Nov. 5.
