Surprise-based Ground Floor Artists announced a collaborative art exhibition with Chicken N Pickle in Glendale.

This unique Pickleball Paddle Project exhibition transforms everyday pickleball paddles into captivating works of art.

The exhibition features local artists who have unleashed their imaginations, transforming ordinary pickleball paddles into one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Visitors can witness the creative magic firsthand and see how these everyday sports items become conversation-starting pieces of art.

Art enthusiasts and pickleball aficionados alike will have the opportunity to own a piece of this unique collection. All the artistically transformed paddles will be available for purchase.

A free, public reception will be held to celebrate the launch of the exhibition from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 19 at Chicken N Pickle, 9330 W. Hanna Lane, Glendale.

This is an opportunity to mingle with friends, family and the artists themselves, all while admiring the artistic reimaginings of the pickleball paddle.

The Pickleball Paddle Project exhibition extends beyond the opening reception. Art lovers can view the paddles during Chicken N Pickle’s regular business hours, allowing them to enjoy a meal, friendly competition on the courts, and a dose of artistic inspiration, all under one roof.

The Pickleball Paddle Project is a unique opportunity to experience art in a fresh and unexpected way. It’s a celebration of creativity, local talent, and of course, the ever-growing sport of pickleball.

Ground Floor Artists is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the visual arts in Surprise. It offers a vibrant space for artists to showcase their work and connect with the community.
