The city of Chandler, in partnership with Pipeline AZ, recently unveiled the Chandler Career Center platform It's an online workforce development initiative designed to enhance the local job market and talent pipeline.

The platform aims to streamline the connection between Chandler’s skilled workforce and the employment opportunities within its business community, according to a news release.

The platform will feature an initial targeted focus on Chandler’s manufacturing and healthcare sectors before expanding to other industry clusters within the greater community.

The platform is a no-cost resource that offers a dual benefit to both job seekers and employers.
For individuals looking to navigate their career paths within manufacturing and healthcare, the platform provides access to a wide array of job opportunities, work-based opportunities, and educational resources to enhance their employability and career progression.

Employers gain access to a talent pool of motivated candidates ready to contribute to their success, along with the tools to post job openings and manage candidate interactions efficiently.

“By bridging the gap between our talented residents and the innovative companies that call Chandler home, we are not only enhancing career opportunities for our community but also ensuring our local economy continues to thrive in the competitive global market,” Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said in the release.

The city and Pipeline AZ invite all local job seekers and employers to explore the platform’s features and leverage its resources for their career development and hiring needs.
