Banner Health and evolvedMD recently partnered to embed mental health professionals into Banner Medical Group’s primary care clinics for easier access to mental health services.

EvolveMD entered the Banner Ocotillo Health Center on Alma School Road in Chandler and started seeing patients on Sept. 27.

This partnership allows primary care and mental health care providers to work together closely to give patients more integrated care.

EvolvedMD recently integrated into Banner Health Centers/Clinics in Queen Creek, East Mesa, Peoria, and Mesa, Desert Ridge, Sun City West, and Surprise. Chandler is the newest edition.

This embedding of mental health services in primary-care settings will be phased in at Banner Medical Group sites throughout the Valley.

The provider with evolvedMD who is embedded at the Banner Ocotillo Health Center in Chandler is Paloma Mars. She's a licensed associate marriage and family therapist.

The Banner appointment line is 800-254-4357. Also, visit bannerhealth.com.
