Abrami: USPS employees deliver more than mail

Apart from the services mentioned in Diana Christian’s letter, there have been times when delivery personnel have noticed something amiss at a home and reported this to the relevant authorities.

By doing this they have undoubtedly protected property, sometimes stopped flooding in a home and even saved lives. They are invaluable members of our community and deserve honor and thanks.
