Sun City Republican Club hosts speakers, slates next meeting

The Sun City Republican Club hosted several speakers during an Aug. 20 meeting. Present were Congresswoman Debbie Lesko, a November 2024 candidate for Maricopa County Supervisor, District 4; Aaron Flannery, representing the Maricopa Recorder’s office with an update on the 2024 primary election; and Blake Nicholson, who presented an introduction on the pros and cons of AI technology.

The club’s next meeting is Sept. 17 where the invited speakers include Nikkie Coletti, from Arizona Free Enterprise, who will bring a presentation on the 14 propositions that will be on the November ballot, and Jacob Ladin, who will represent the Republican Jewish Coalition.

The Sun City Republican Club meets at the Sundial Recreation Center East Hall, 14801 N.103rd Ave. The social time begins at 6 p.m., followed by the meeting starting at 6:30 pm. All RCSC card holders and their guests are welcome.
