Scottsdale-based Cardone Ventures plans further vertical expansion with an increased Scottsdale footprint, more than 220 employees and the recent acquisition of Scottsdale Promenade.

Cardone Ventures, 4800 N. Scottsdale Road, No. 5500, has announced several areas of growth, including vertical expansion and a soon-to-be larger footprint at Scottsdale’s Promenade.
Lead by CEO and co-founder Brandon Dawson alongside president and co-founder Natalie Dawson, Cardone Ventures continues its vertical growth with the launch of 10X Roofing, 10X HVAC, 10X Home Services, 10X Health, 10X Cyber, 10X Insurance and 10X Farm and Ranch, among several others in the company’s portfolio.
This year, Cardone Ventures is also building a 10,000-square-foot corporate training facility at Scottsdale’s Promenade, 16243 N. Scottsdale Road. Cardone Ventures purchased the Promenade in 2022 and when finished the new facility will seat 260 people. It will feature 95 feet of LED displays, an audio system, a meal space and bi-folding doors that open to the newly renovated courtyard.
The company is also renovating an entire floor of one building to make 30,000-square-feet of office space that will feature quartz feature walls, touchscreen LED walls in the conference rooms and a podcast recording studio.
