Our dear mom Patricia Smentek passed away peacefully on July 11th with her husband, Gregory of 63 years by her side. Together Pat and Greg built a wonderful life in Chicago until retiring in Fountain Hills, AZ in 2000. She was an amazing wife and mom who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. Patricia was blessed with 3 daughters, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter of which she was very proud. A friend to many, she leaves behind a legacy of kindness and strength. She will be forever missed.
