Mary E. (Heintz) Tobin passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024, at age 94. Marilyn retired to Sun City Arizona where she enjoyed 40 years of living in the sun. Marilyn did a great deal of traveling with her best friend Kathleen Shanahan. Marilyn travels took her to China, Brazil, Italy, Australia, Chile, zip lining in the South America, dog sledding in Alaska, line dancing in many Airports terminal to past the time, safari in Africa, Switzerland, saw the northern lights in Norway, Caribbean, France and Hawaii. Marilyn had many happy times with her dear friend Frances Downes. Predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Daniel G. Tobin. Survived by children, Laurie Tobin, Tim Tobin, Monica (Quentin) Sahrle, and Lynn Tobin. Grandchildren, Nathan (Meghan) Catucci, Devon (Kaitlin) Catucci, Nicole (Rob) Lawler, Daniel (Taylor) Petruccelli and Derek Sahrle. Great-Grandchildren Jacob, Austin and Cameron Lawler. And so many friends that we could not name everyone here. A celebratory memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 17, at 10:00am at St. Rita’s Church, 1008 Maple Drive, Webster, followed by a private interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. It will also be recorded and be available to be watched on this site until 10/31/24.
