Charlene Clauser Young, 86 of Sun City, Arizona passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. She was born October 16, 1937, in Birmingham Alabama to Charles and Marguerite Clauser. She is survived by her son, Coby Mark Young, her four grandchildren, Colton, Greyson, Andrew, and Courtney, her great grandson and her sister, Janice Clauser Bosecke.
Charlene started her career as a flight attendant, and later became a fantastic networker and marketer in the Sun City, Arizona area. To Charlene, everyone was a friend, and she touched many lives in wonderful ways. She will be remembered as the glue that could hold her community together with her passion for caring for others and her love for making people feel welcome and happy.
Charlene not only gave her love freely but was loved by many in her community. Charlene had a love of crafts, theater, sunflowers, angels, and all things “pretty”. Charlene was charitable to the end and even donated her body for scientific research. She will remain with us in every sunflower, hello, and beautiful act we see in our daily lives.
Memorial Services will be held at American Lutheran Church on Wednesday, October 16th.
