The city of Peoria’s HOA Academy is Saturday, June 15 from 8 a.m. to noon.
The program educates HOA board members, management teams and interested homeowners about maintaining homeowners associations.
Topics for the course include: legislative update, board of directors code of conduct and roles, federal laws, parking in the association, CC&R enforcement, creating a green community, hot topics and more.
The city is partnering with Carpenter Hazelwood Delgado & Bolen Law Firm and Vial Fotheringham Law Firm for this one-day training course. Breakfast will be provided. There is a $15 registration fee.
