Peoria Community Center main banquet hall rental rate increasing for first time in 20 years

Starting July 1, room rental rates at the Peoria Community Center, 8335 W. Jefferson Street, will increase.
The rate for the Calderwood Room (main banquet hall) during non-business hours increases from $100/hour to $125/hour for residents and $130/hour for non-residents. This is the first rate hike since 2005.
The rate for the main banquet hall during business hours have not changed.The banquet room is 4,250 square feet with a 486 square feet stage, has a capacity of 200 and includes tables, chairs and use of the kitchen stove and counters.
