In August, Spirit Halloween opened its seasonal store at 5870 W Bell Road, Suite 5870, Glendale. Spirit offers a range of women’s costumes, men’s costumes, kid’s costumes and decorations.
Futuristic Fades Barbershop recently opened its new location at 6670 W. Cactus Road, Suite 102 in Glendale.
Ribbon Cutting
The new Texas Roadhouse near Westgate marked the chain’s first restaurant in Glendale at 6648 N. 95th Ave., on Aug. 4, Glendale Chamber of Commerce and city of Glendale officials were there.
New Apartment Complex
New apartments are finished and available for rent at The Isabella community at, 15431 N. 67th Ave., Glendale, west of Cactus High School. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are available. The community is managed by Stellar Residential.

Sephora will open before the end of the year at the Tanger Outlets in Glendale at 6800 N 95th Ave., Suite 320, In June Tanger announced that five additional Sephora stores will be built at its shopping centers nationwide.
