Gilbert participating in Domestic Violence donation drive

Gilbert is participating in an October-long Domestic Violence Awareness Month donation drive.

The donations go to Winged Hope and  A New Leaf. The drive is conducted through the Arizona Governor's Youth Commission.

Drop-off locations are: Gilbert Police Department, 75 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert; Gilbert Town Hall, 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert; the Southeast Regional Library, 775 N. Greenfield Road, Gilbert; and the Freestone Recreation Center, 1141 E. Guadalupe Road, Gilbert.

Items in need include cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, non-perishable food, bed sheets, new clothing, bath and hand towels, baby wipes, razors and laundry soap.
