Village of Chandler, a TruVista Development managed by Bryten Real Estate Partners, recently completed a successful lease-up which will result in the sale of the community.
Located at 6075 S. Gilbert Road, south of Riggs Road, Village of Chandler is a 109-unit apartment complex in east Chandler. Currently, 97% of its units are leased.
The first residents moved into the community in December 2023. It has one-, two- and three-bedroom options.
Its amenities include a dog park, outdoor workout stations, barbecue grills, walking trails detached garages and private backyards with pet-friendly doors.
The complex also recently won the developer’s award in the Best Design Build to Rent category at the annual Arizona Multihousing Association Tribute ceremony.
TruVista Development will announce the new owner at the end of September.
