CHRISTMAS PARADE: The Hometown Christmas Parade is an old-fashioned community event for the whole family to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, produced by the non-profit organization Glendale Christmas Parade, which is made up of community members who share a passion for letting the true star of Christmas shine. The parade starts 11 a.m., and staging will be at the Fire Station on 52nd Avenue south of Glendale Ave. The route proceeds west on Glendale to 58th Avenue where it turns south to the de-staging area.
