In previous columns, I’ve written asking readers to tell me what they enjoy and what they might like to see in the Daily News-Sun in the future.
The response was solid. Now we are taking it to the next level.
We are introducing the Newspaper Reader Survey, designed to give our readers an opportunity to really tell us what they think of our product.
The one-page survey takes a minute or two to fill out and provides us with tons of valuable information.
We have a list of 20 feature items — Sun Cities news, state news, opinions, sports, to name a few — and there are bubbles to indicate whether you feel there are “not enough,” “just right” or if you are not interested in that particular item. Four questions follow, asking what we don’t have that you would like to see; what you use as your primary source of news; whether you are a current subscriber; and a fourth space for additional comments.
The survey does not require you to give your name.
The survey is being offered to those who stop by our office in the Bell Plaza at 17220 N. Boswell Blvd. Suite 101, just off Bell Road west of 99th Avenue. But keep an eye out for the Monday, September 17 edition of the newspaper where the survey will appear on a full page.
As I have stated many times, we are very proud of the Daily News-Sun. But we are constantly striving to improve.
We value your opinion. If you have a minute to spare, please take the time to fill out and return our Newspaper Reader Survey.
