Glendale is one of only four coveted cities to host Cirque Du Soleil’s “Amaluna” on its 2019 tour.
State Farm Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, hosts opening night at 8 p.m. Friday, March 15. The shows will run through April 14. The tour arrives in town after a stint in Dallas before taking off to Los Angeles and Livingston, New Jersey, after the Glendale swing.
“Amaluna” premiered in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, in 2012, and is loosely inspired by William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest.”
The show will skip on four days, three Mondays and one Tuesday, during it’s month-long run in Glendale. After opening night, there will be two showings per day on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of Sunday, April 7. Showtimes very.
