Sun City RCA to light up golf cars

Retirement Community Association of Sun City members are planning another free event for Sun City residents with golf cars.

The group, made up of Sun City residents to promote the active adult community lifestyle, has conducted giveaways for golf car seat belts, antennae safety flags to increase visibility for golf cars and the installation of reflective safety strips to increase visibility of the golf car at night.

The group will again install reflective safety strips on golf cars for better visibility at night at no charge. The giveaway is scheduled 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10 at the Bell Recreation Center, 16820 N. 99th Ave. Reflective light strips will be installed until the stock is depleted.

RCA’s banner will be on the southeast corner of the recreation center parking lot as a guide to the installation location.The RCA welcomes new members and donations to support the group’s projects.
