Tickets on sale now for Tempe's annual Don Carlos Humanitarian Awards

Tickets are on sale for the 41st Annual Don Carlos Humanitarian Awards, an event where the community comes together to honor remarkable individuals who have made significant contributions to improving the lives of others in Tempe.

Presented by Tempe Community Council, this year’s ceremony will recognize Sharon S. Doyle, a dedicated community leader and advocate, as the 2024 Don Carlos Humanitarian of the Year,  a city release explained.

The event will take place on Nov. 18 at the SRP PERA Club and will also celebrate the achievements of other outstanding individuals who have had a profound impact on the Tempe community:

  • Don Carlos Humanitarian: Sharon S. Doyle
  • Young Humanitarian: Joselyn Hernández Rodríguez
  • TCC Impact Award: Andrea White & Karen Maish
  • Volunteer Award: Mahadevan Iyer

Tickets for the event can be purchased through the TCC website at www.tempecommunitycouncil.org/don-carlos. 

Businesses, organizations and individuals are also invited to help make an impact through event sponsorship opportunities as a way to show their commitment to the community and gain visibility.
