Honor the Tempe high school graduates and community members who have committed to national service in the United States military on May 6 at Tempe Center for the Arts as part of the 10th annual Tempe Community Salute.
The public is welcome to attend, and doors open at 5:30 p.m., a city release explained. The event is scheduled for 6-7 p.m.
A special ceremony will honor future military members of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps and Arizona Army National Guard.
Attendees will be entertained by the East Valley Harmonizers Barbershop Chorus, and vintage military vehicles will be on display for photo opportunities, the release noted.
