Adult Self-Care classes will be full of exploration in self: mind, body, and spirit through art and self-care programs Cost is $25 each session. Instructor is CARree Tolle, a certified art therapy coach with Color Yourself Purple.
• Vibrations (Mixed Media Art) is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27. Students will create a style of their own while learning techniques using simple tools such as masking tape, watercolors, and acrylics.
