Surprise home watch business continues growth
Local company accredited for 5th year
Posted
Surprise-based Seasonal Home Watch AZ by Janice has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the fifth year.
The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the U.S. and Canada
Home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence.
Scott and Janice Phillips have lived in Arizona for more than 40 years, where they have raised their family. They are both originally from Ashtabula, Ohio.
Scott’s specialized schooling in HVAC and electrical has proven to be a valuable asset over his career working in commercial and residential. He has worked in property management for more than 19 years. Scott said he believes his hands-on knowledge and attention to detail are necessary for excellent customer service.
Janice has worked as a nurse in Arizona for more than 35 years. Taking care of people and recognizing their needs are her strong points.
Scott and Janice bring their experiences and work ethic to making a home watch business built on integrity. They both participate in their community: Scott volunteers for his neighborhood HOA, and Janice participates in various volunteer charities. Their favorite activity is being with their grandchildren and granddog.
Seasonal Home Watch AZ by Janice serves Sun City Grand.
