Due to the July 4th holiday, city of Surprise administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4, and library and trash collection schedules will be modified.

Due to the July 4th holiday, city of Surprise administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4, and library and trash collection schedules will be modified.
City of Surprise trash customers only are reminded there will be a modified trash collection schedule that week that will postpone collection by one day.
There will be no service on Thursday. Collection will resume on Friday, July 5.
Note that not all Surprise residents are city of Surprise sanitation customers and may not experience a change in pickup service. Check with your service provider.

All three Surprise libraries will have modified hours for the holiday. Surprise Regional and Asante Libraries will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hollyhock will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Surprise Tennis and Racquet Center will be open from 6:30 to 11 a.m. The Surprise Aquatic Center and Hollyhock Community Pool will be open from noon to 4 p.m.
