Northwest Surprise rezoning focus of neighborhood development meeting

A development project neighborhood meeting has been set for 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 to discuss a rezone of approximately 320 gross acres generally located west of 225th Avenue and north of Deer Valley Road.

The rezone would be from rural residential to residential low density, residential high density and community commercial.

RVi Planning and Landscape Architecture, on behalf of Triangle Partners, LLC, will host the meeting at Western Peaks Elementary School – Media Center,  18063 W. Surprise Farms Loop S.

The meeting will be conducted virtually and in-person.
