Surprise residents have been enjoying two new dining options in the Prasada area.
Cafe Zupas held its grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 8, while First Watch did the same Aug. 19.
Operating partner Anthony Ramirez of Cafe Zupas participated in its ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Skip Hall, Councilmember Patrick Duffy and others.
Cafe Zupas is at 13260 N. Prasada Parkway.
It’s open everyday at 11 a.m. but closed on Sundays. It closes at 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

First Watch General Manager Karen Ankarber and Hall were among those who cut the ribbon at 16430 W. Waddell Road, Suite 104.
Councilmembers Aly Cline and Duffy and Economic Development Director Jeanine Jerkovic were also there to celebrate the opening.
