Hootenanny returns to Sun City Grand
Sing along show ready on April 27
Posted
The annual Springtime Hootenanny, put together by the Sun City Grand Music Club starts at at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 27 in the Sonoran Plaza, 19789 N Remington Drive, Surprise.
The Sun City Grand Hootenanny group, under the direction of David Durham, will once again fill the Sonoran ballroom with the sounds of an old fashioned Hootenanny (sing along). The show will feature many favorites from the ‘50s and ‘60s and include folk, Western, bluegrass and rock and roll.
As usual song lyrics will be shown on the three overhead screens. The accompaniment will be provided by guitars, fiddle, banjo, bass, mandolin, harmonica and conga drums.
All of the previous hootenannies have sold out and this one is likely to as well, so get tickets and get ready to sing. Tickets are $15 and are available at the Sun City Grand ticket office, 19753 N. Remington Drive, or website, scgrandmusicclub.com.
For information, contact David Durham at 970-216-8279.
