The new General Manager for the Recreation Centers of Sun City Inc. Matthew D’Luzansky started work on Oct. 9, according to the RCSC.

“After conducting an extensive nationwide search for the ideal candidate to serve as our new General Manager, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew D’Luzansky,” as stated in a Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. press release.

D’Luzansky has worked as RCSC’s facilities project manager in the organization’s Building & Infrastructure Department prior to his selection, officials said. His previous work and career made him a good fit for the corporation.

Previously he served for 40 years in various management rolls including as a chief financial officer, vice president, marketing director, human resources director and supervisor in various positions, according to RCSC.

“His diverse expertise also includes serving as a project manager, owners representative, consultant, and even a business owner. He has consistently acted in a positive manner, specializing in strategic planning, business reorganization, and successful strategy implementation,” the press release stated.

Also in his background was working with multiple board both public and private in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, working within organizations to help them problem-solve and evaluate potential issues and solutions, officials said.

RCSC held a Meet & Greet open house on Monday for the community to talk with D’Luzansky.
