Women’s Chorale brings Christmas voices to Sun City

The Sonoran Sounds Women’s Chorale will perform a Christmas concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 10 at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, 10233 W. Peoria Ave., Sun City.
The Chorale will perform several Christmas selections along with other inspirational and popular tunes. The chorale director, Ms. Sun Joo Lee, will direct the group, accompanied by Jan Schaafsma on the piano. There will be a free will offering.
Sonoran Sounds Women’s Chorale of the West Valley are performing their 12th season under the direction of Ms. Lee.
Women interested in becoming members of this chorale may contact the group’s president Joyce Bowlby at joyce.bowlby@hotmail.com to schedule an audition, or visit a practice session held at Sun City West Christian Church, 20803 N. 151st Ave. The group practices every Monday morning from 9 a.m. to noon.
