Real estate brokerage Compass has acquired North & Co.

Real estate brokerage Compass has strengthened its presence in Arizona with the addition of North & Co.
With the addition of North & Co, Compass will have more than 450 producing agents and an expanded presence in markets like Flagstaff and Prescott to Arcadia, central Phoenix and the greater southeast Valley. Compass is now responsible for nearly $4 billion in luxury real estate sales in Arizona.
North & Co-Founder Brian North and the North & Co executive team will continue to lead their teams locally.
Compass plans to establish new office locations in Chandler and Flagstaff in 2025.
Compass operates nationally with 400 offices and more than 33,000 agents.
