Birdcall plans to open a location Nov. 8 at 2200 S. Santan Village Parkway, Gilbert.
The Denver, Colo.-based restaurant chain serves all-natural crispy chicken sandwiches and salads, tenders, animal-free options, gluten-free options, milkshakes, margaritas and more.
It donates 1% of its sales back to the community. At its opening, it will be making a donation to Winged Hope, which works to prevent family violence and provides services to those affected by family violence.
Birdcall will also be having a Nov. 10 Veterans Day special for veterans to receive 23% off with code VETERAN23, and on Nov. 9 will have $1 sandwiches all day to celebrate National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day.
