2 Scottsdale residents contestants on ‘Love Island USA’

Scottsdale residents Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo have joined Peacock realty series, “Love Island USA.”
The show is an unscripted realty romance and competition series where singles search for love while living together — this season, the group is in Fiji. Season five premiered in July.
Islanders couple up to face challenges, but temptations can arise when new “bombshells” arrive throughout the season forcing contestants to decide if they want to remain with their current partners, or couple up with someone new.
Both Kocourek and Nudo have arrived as surprise “bombshells,” according to a press release.
Adding to the drama of the show, viewers at home can vote to determine who gets another shot at love, and how leaves Fiji heartbroken and empty-handed.

Growing up in Mexico with his parents and two younger brothers, Kenzo developed a deep love for nature. Alongside his adventures in nature, Kenzo found a love for sports like soccer and basketball.
In a heartbreaking twist, he ruptured his Achilles tendon and his NBA dreams came crashing down. Kenzo discovered a new passion: travel photography. He now embarks on breathtaking journeys around the world, capturing the beauty of different cultures, landscapes, and people.
