Two people were found dead near a vehicle outside of a Surprise QT this morning.

Surprise police said they responded around 5 a.m. this morning to the QT in the area of Loop 303 and Bell Road after reports of a gunshot.

Authorities found the two people with gunshot wounds. Sgt. Jesus Galaz of the Surprise Police said both people were pronounced dead on the scene.

Police said there aren’t any outstanding suspects and there is not threat to the surrounding area. It’s unclear if the two people were shooting at each other.

There are no traffic restrictions as police investigate on the scene.
