P.B. Bell, a multifamily real estate company, recently announced the appointment of Nicole Steltenpohl as its new chief human resources officer. Steltenpohl has been a key leader in the company’s HR department since August 2019.

In her new role, Steltenpohl will join the executive team, reflecting P.B. Bell’s commitment to prioritizing HR within the company, according to a press release. This strategic move highlights the company’s recognition of the vital role employees play in its success. Steltenpohl’s addition to the executive team, alongside Chapin Bell, Justin Steltenpohl and Michelle Jenson, marks a significant milestone for P.B. Bell.

“I am thrilled to join P.B. Bell’s esteemed executive team and further contribute to the company’s commitment to excellence,” Steltenpohl said in the release. “I look forward to working closely with our dedicated teams to foster a culture of growth, inclusion and mutual respect.”

Steltenpohl is taking a hands-on approach to ensure a balanced work-life for on-site and corporate teams. She is committed to fostering a culture of open communication and feedback, regularly visiting on-site teams to stay connected with their needs, according to the release.

“I’m here to safeguard the company’s interests while also serving as a dedicated resource for our employees,” Steltenpohl said in the release. “I believe that by creating a supportive and empowering work environment, we can unlock the full potential of our team members and drive our company’s success to new heights.”

Before joining P.B. Bell, Steltenpohl accumulated 14 years of HR experience at Skyport Hospitality in Denver. Originally from California, Steltenpohl was drawn to Arizona’s vibrant business environment and warm weather.

“We’re excited to welcome Nicole to the executive team,” Chapin Bell, P.B. Bell’s CEO said in the release. “She brings invaluable knowledge and experience to our leadership team. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Nicole has a great pulse on what’s happening with our employees and ways we can better the organization for our people.”
