CBRE’s Evan Koplan earns CCIM certification
Posted
Real estate group CBRE’s Senior Vice President Evan Koplan recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute.
The CCIM designation is earned by commercial real estate professionals who complete more than 160 hours of education covering various topics. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
“Since the beginning of my career, I have been interested in obtaining the CCIM designation,” Koplan said in a press release. “The completion of the program has assisted in executing new strategy and creativity, all for the benefit of delivering the best advisory services to my clients. I am a huge proponent of expanding your knowledge and elevating it to the next level. The CCIM education was invaluable, and I am proud to pair it with my SIOR designation.”
Koplan specializes in leasing and selling industrial properties as a part of the company’s Industrial & Logistics services in Phoenix. He primarily focuses on the southeast valley and Sky Harbor International Airport’s surrounding areas. He has been at CBRE for nearly 10 years and previously worked at Colliers International for over six years.
Koplan holds a bachelor’s degree in regional development with a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. He holds his SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is a member of NAIOP and the National Association of Realtors.
