It is 8:30-10 a.m. at QC Junction Cafe, at Canyon State Academy, 20275 E. Rittenhouse Road Suite 300 in Queen Creek.

Canyon State Academy is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization in Queen Creek that is approved by the state of Arizona as a qualifying foster care charitable organization.

Ms. Culpepper will be providing an overview of Canyon State Academy and sharing a student's successful experience through the programs offered there, according to a release.

"Join us on Dec. 4 for a morning of networking, professional development and fun with the ladies," the release states.

"We will be focusing on mentoring, support, networking and education. Bring your business cards and come ready to make new connections," it states.

Bring a door prize of $25 or more and get a minute at the mic to introduce your business (members only).

The cost is $5 for members, $10 for future members. RSVP at chamberorganizer.com/members/evr/reg_event.php?orgcode=QCCC&evid=50709013.
