Desert Financial opens new Queen Creek branch

Posted

Desert Financial Credit Union is now open at Queen Creek Crossing.

The credit union celebrated the grand opening of its first free-standing branch in Queen Creek on March 22 with a ribbon cutting.

The new branch includes 2,900 square feet of space, and it is located at 20062 Ellsworth Road, Suite 101.

In honor of the opening, the credit union donated $10,000 to the Queen Creek Unified School District, a press release stated.

“We’re looking forward to providing personalized services tailored to each of our Queen Creek members at this new branch,” stated Desert Financial President and CEO Jeff Meshey, in a press release. “When you are a member of Desert Financial Credit Union, you are an owner, and we share our success with you through top-tier financial solutions, competitive rates and our annual giveback bonus.”

Queen Creek Mayor Julia Wheatley was on hand for the ribbon cutting.

The Queen Creek branch features a drive-thru lane and business partner offices for investments, wills and trusts, and mortgage representatives. The branch will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays.

This is the first new Desert Financial location in 2024. A Prescott branch is under construction and expected to open later this year.
