Founded in 2014, the VIVA PHX festival will return to downtown Phoenix.
This year’s festival will feature a mix of musical acts from Arizona and around the world spread across various stages throughout downtown. The festivities kick off at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 and will also include cuisine, unique artisan vendors, local businesses and organizations, art activations and more.
VIVA PHX will take place at more than 10 venues including The Van Buren, Crescent Ballroom (indoor/outdoor), Valley Bar (indoor/outdoor), The Masonic, Walter Studios, Gracie's Tax Bar, Thundercat Lounge, Monroe Street Stage, and more.

"In its new form, VIVA PHX 2024 will showcase the wide variety of attractions and talent the Valley has to offer, from musical, culinary, and visual art standouts to grassroots organizations, local businesses, and emerging tech companies,” Matt Baquet, with Best Life Presents, an event sponsor, shared in a press release. “We could not be more excited to bring these communities together and demonstrate the diverse ecosystem which makes Arizona the most exciting place to be in 2024."
New for VIVA PHX this year will be the 4th & Monroe St. block party hub called "Experience Phoenix,” sponsored by Visit Phoenix, which will include a culinary experience featuring Huarachis + Bacanora, Bad Jimmy's, Valentine, Restaurant Progress, MiCatering, The Rez An Urban Eatery, Cartel Coffee and more including a Phoenix small business vendor village curated by Desierto Market and Buena Vida Bodega; and art experiences in collaboration with Phoenix Art Museum.
VIVA PHX and the Arizona State University Popular Music Program, part of the School of Music, Dance, and Theatre, will partner for a series of networking events, industry discussions, and student engagement opportunities aimed at fostering music career development around the VIVA PHX festival.
