Police identify North Phoenix stabbing victim

Police have identifed the 34-year-old man who died after being stabbed Saturday night near a North Phoenix gas station.

The victim is Diego Razo-Cortes who died at a hospital following the stabbing.

Authorities were called about 8:30 p.m. Sept. 14 to 28th Avenue and Thunderbird Road and found Razo-Cortes with a stab wound, police said.

Police are continuing a search for the killer.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Phoenix police or Silent Witness if they wish to remain anonymous.
