June 2024 is now the hottest June on record in Phoenix.

The National Weather Service on Monday announced the average temperature of 97 degrees topped the previous record of 95.3 degrees.

Phoenix records its hottest June ever: NWS

June 2024 is now the hottest June on record in Phoenix.

The National Weather Service on Monday announced the average temperature of 97 degrees topped the previous record of 95.3 degrees.

Temperatures for the first week in July are expected to climb daily, from Monday’s expected high of 104 degrees to 111 on the Fourth of July and 113 degrees on Friday.
