The eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 32nd Street will close at 8 p.m. on Friday for ramp reconfiguration and remain shut into June, state transportation officials said.

The eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 40th Street is the suggested alternate route, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

In addition, 32nd Street will be closed in both directions between I-10 and Elwood Street from 8 p.m. Friday, March 29, to 4 a.m. Monday, April 1, and the westbound I-10 on- and off-ramps at 32nd Street will be closed.

Use the westbound I-10 off-ramps at 24th or 40th streets and the westbound I-10 on-ramp at 40th Street instead, ADOT officials said. Drivers on northbound 32nd Street will be able to access the eastbound I-10 on-ramp at 32nd Street.

Southbound detour: Use northbound 32nd Street to eastbound University Drive to southbound 40th Street to westbound Broadway Road to access 32nd Street south of the closure.

Northbound detour: Use southbound 32nd Street to eastbound Broadway Road to northbound 40th Street to westbound University Drive to access 32nd Street north of the closure.

Full closures of 32nd Street between Wood and Elwood streets will be required during weekends beginning April 12, through June 3, according to ADOT.
