A 30-year-old man has been indicted on 44 counts of organized retail theft from Target, Ulta Beauty, Lowe’s and The Home Depot.
Hector Manuel Romero is accused taking items from the stores between November 2023 and September 2024, according to a release from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
