Peoria student graduates with academic honors from Bemidji State University

A Peoria student graduated with academic honors from Bemidji State University this spring.

More than 500 students graduated with academic honors from Bemidji State University and were recognized during the university's spring 2024 commencement ceremony.
One of those students was Peoria student Brett Gordon, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
In total, BSU's class of 2024 earned:
- 84 Graduate degrees
- 807 Bachelor of Science degrees
- 82 Bachelor of Arts degrees
- 53 Bachelor of Applied Science degrees
- 10 Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees
- 23 Associate's Degrees
- 45 certificates
Graduates were also recognized for graduating with academic honors:
- 190 students graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors
- 189 students graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors
- 123 students graduated with Cum Laude honors
Located in Bemidji, Minn., Bemidji State University is a member of the colleges and universities of Minnesota State.
