As a big fan of Wonder Woman, I was thrilled to read that Lynda Carter, the original Wonder Woman herself, was endorsing Karen Gresham and Kelli Butler over her sister, Pamela Carter, for State House Representative in Legislative District 4. However, that wasn’t the most surprising part to me.
I was startled by Pamela Carter’s background. I learned she’s been involved in scams including selling religious tapes that claim to help you lose weight and been involved with cults. She claimed to have a master’s degree from ASU, when she really graduated from an unaccredited institution. (Mother Jones)
That’s not the kind of leadership our district should have. If we can’t trust her to tell the truth about herself, how can we trust her to tell the truth to us? That’s why I’m standing with Wonder Woman and voting for Karen Gresham and Kelli Butler.
